- Medical: We offer several Blue Cross/Blue Shield healthcare plan options at a cost-share with employees.
- Vision: We offer plans through Eye-Med or VSP. Benefit is available from first day of work.
- Dental: We offer Aetna, Delta Dental, or MetLife plans. Benefit is available from first day of work.
- PTO: We offer Paid Time Off (PTO) on a graduated accrual basis. Benefit is available from first day of work.
- Paid Holiday: We offer 10 paid holidays per year.
- 401K: We offer enrollment in the Transamerica Safe Harbor plan with 100% matching of the first 4% of compensation contributed. Benefit is available from first day of work.
- Tuition Reimbursement: We will reimburse employees for pre-approved, work-related instruction.
- Other: We offer many other benefits including disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, AFLAC products, and an Employee Assistance Program.
