Frank Holman is VectorCSP’s Chief Financial Officer. He joined the company in 2009, providing experienced business strategy that stems from more than 30 years dedicated to the financial operations of both public and private companies.
Frank brings large company sensibilities to Vector’s operations, and has a solid track record in working with organizations to improve corporate standards and methodologies. Throughout most of his career, he has served in a senior financial role in high-profile, high-growth businesses.
Previously, Frank served as Vice President of Business Operations for Cox Communications’ Hampton Roads Division. In addition to his senior financial responsibilities, he was responsible for staff development and training as well as being instrumental in developing the company’s finance training program. Prior to joining Cox Communications, Frank served as CFO for Time Warner Cable’s Staten Island, New York Division, and was Controller for the company in Manhattan prior to that. Earlier in his career, Holman spent five years in public accounting, served as assistant controller for Forbes, Inc., and helped launch an entrepreneurial venture with an accountant recruitment firm.
He earned his CPA after graduating from Brooklyn College and an MBA at The College of William and Mary.
